The Firm of Fuller & Fuller LLP, formerly known as the Law Offices of Lee M. Fuller, Jr., has been serving as immigration counsel to U.S. and foreign law firms, multi-national businesses and individual clients since 1978.

The practice of Fuller & Fuller LLP is limited to U.S. immigration and nationality law and consular practice. The Firm represents clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of Labor (State and Federal), the Department of State and at U.S. Embassies and Consulates throughout the world.

Fuller & Fuller has extensive experience assisting corporate clients with obtaining speciality occupation, intracompany transferee, treaty investor and other nonimmigrant work visas, including extensions of stay, changes of status and changes of employer. The Firm also provides legal assistance with alien employment certifications, employment based preference petitions, lawful permanent residence (green cards), consular non-immigrant and immigrant visa processing and naturalization applications. The Firm also assists clients in establishing compliance programs to meet immigration and labor department laws and regulations involving foreign workers.

As a rule, the Firm does not represent clients seeking asylum, out of status or in criminal or removal proceedings.
