Nouaman Maloley

Associate Attorney

Nouaman A. Maloley joined Fuller & Fuller LLP in July 2021.  He works closely with businesses across multiple industries including audit, accountancy, finance, athletics, data technology, and digital marketing.  He also works with international organization employees and their dependents to secure legal permanent residence, participants in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, Temporary Protected Status (TPS) beneficiaries, and families who seek to be reunited with loved ones in the United States. Mr. Maloley is a lifelong Brooklyn resident.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science summa cum laude from The University at Buffalo in Buffalo, New York in 2017 and subsequently earned a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law in New York, New York in 2020.  Mr. Maloley was admitted to the New York Bar in 2021.  Prior to joining Fuller & Fuller LLP, Mr. Maloley served as a Legal Fellow for a prominent Brooklyn based non-profit organization where he focused on humanitarian immigration.  Mr. Maloley has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2021.  While in Law School, Mr. Maloley was awarded the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award in recognition of his pro bono and community service work during his years as a Fordham Law student.  He additionally served as a staff member of the Fordham Environmental Law Journal.
